Defining paradigms for Uber's physical touchpoint

I worked with Uber as an Innovation Engineering and Design Intern from April to August 2018.

In the latter half of my internship, I worked on defining the next iteration of Uber’s first physical touchpoint platform—Uber Kiosk.

Uber Kiosk’s pilot use case was to serve driver-partners in need of assistance, in a variety of environments. The results of this project established paradigms that served as the foundation for Uber Kiosk.
